Client wanted to supplement their human service representatives with an AI chat bot on the web site. Viral3D implemented an intelligent chat bot that answers questions using a company knowledge base. Since the AI chat bot is code developed by Viral3d any client request for custom features can be made upon demand. AI chatbot implemented and new features being added.

A client wanted a 3D configurator where they could show their product in 3D on the web and also show features of the product and change colors of the product. Viral3D built a 3D configurator for the company that allowed them to show their product on the web from all angles and have potential customers explore features and configure and visualize colors. We have actually done this for several companies but are unable contractually to show you all of them. Here is a prototype of one that we did for one client that we can show.
